Show only active

The display of active or inactive records of vaccination types in the register can be reviewed by the responsible person using the checkbox Show only active.

The functionality is located in the menu Veterinary | Registers | Register of vaccination types.

DESCRIPTION OF THE CASE

The responsible person wants to review active and inactive codes of vaccination types in the Register of vaccination types. This is done by following these steps:

  1. Opening the form Register of vaccination types
  2. Using the checkbox Show only active

1. Opening the form Register of vaccination types

The responsible person selects the menu Veterinary | Registers | Register of vaccination types.

A register with pre-prepared entries of various vaccination types opens.

TIP

The procedure for entering a new vaccination type into the register is described in the chapter Entering into the register of vaccination types.

2. Using the checkbox Show only active

The checkbox  (Show only active) is checked by default.

When the box is checked, as shown in the image below, only active records are displayed in the list. These are records that have a checkmark in field A.

In our case, the responsible person also wants to review inactive records. For this purpose, they remove the checkmark or Show only active uncheck the box.

Thus, inactive records are also displayed in the list, such as vaccination type: b - RABISIN VACCINATION.
