Show only active
The display of active or inactive records of animal species in the register can be reviewed by the responsible person using the confirmation box Show only active.
The functionality is located in the menu Veterinary | Registers | Register of animal species.

CASE DESCRIPTION
The responsible person wants to review active and inactive records of animal species in the register. They do this by following these steps:
- Opening the Register of animal species
- Confirmation box Show only active

1. Opening the Register of animal species
The responsible person selects the menu Veterinary | Registers | Register of animal species.
The register with entries of animal species opens.

2. Confirmation box Show only active
Confirmation box 
(Show only active) is checked or marked by default.
When the box is checked, as shown in the image below, only active records are displayed in the list.
In our case, however, the responsible person wants to review both active and inactive records. For this purpose, they uncheck the box or deselect the confirmation box (shown in the image below).
Thus, inactive records are also displayed in the list, such as animal species code 10 - Reptiles.
