6VT - Print of tasks - detailed

Print 6VT - Print of tasks - detailed allows for a detailed printout of the task overview. The printout shows the tasks of the veterinarian on a specific date, information about the task duration, information about the animal owner and the type of animal intervention, as well as the status of the task. Additionally, detailed information about the animal (animal ID, name, gender, type, species, breed) is displayed in the green bar. The display can be customized by selecting different criteria.

Below we present an example of a detailed overview or printout of tasks.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EXAMPLE The receptionist wants to print a detailed overview of all tasks for veterinarian Valerija for the period from March 1 to March 31, 2021. In the menu, she selects the Reception module. In the print form of Reception Reports, she sets the criteria and selects the Type of printout. She follows these steps: Reception Reports Print

1. Reception Reports

The responsible person opens the form Reception Reports and sets the print criteria as shown in the user case: 6VU - Print of tasks - basic.

Once all criteria are set, the task overview is printed.

3. Print

In the section Type of printout opens the tab Task overview | Detailed.

Selects the type of printout: 6VT - Print of tasks - detailed.

Once the type is selected, she clicks the button Print.

TIP The print can also be done by double-clicking on the selected Type of printout.

A task overview for veterinarian Valerija in the selected period is printed.
