6VK - Print of Owners - Basic Information

Print 6VK - Print of Owners - Basic Information enables printing of basic information about the entity (animal owner). The print displays information about the entity: name and surname, address, postal code, VAT, GMID, phone number, email, and date of birth. 7

The print is available on theform Print of Owners and Animals, by clicking the button  (Prints) in the toolbar.

Below, we have prepared an example for you on how to prepare a print of basic information about the entity.

EXAMPLE DESCRIPTION The responsible person wants to create a print with basic information about the owner Adam Chihuahua from the Owners and Animals Directory. This is done through the following steps: Window Print of Owners and Animals Type of Print Print of Owners - Basic Information

1. Window Print of Owners and Animals

The responsible person wants to print basic information about the owner Adam Chihuahua from the Owners and Animals Directory. Access the directory through the menu

Veterinary | Directories | Owners and Animals Directory .Open the form

Search Owners and Animals using the key combination CTRL + F or by clicking the button (  Search).In the field

Search String enter: adam. When positioned, click the button Select .TIP

A detailed procedure for searching the owner is described in the chapter Searching for an Owner or Animal in the Directory. The Owners and Animals Directory opens at the record of the selected animal owner.

In the toolbar click the button

( Prints ).  The windowPrint of Owners and Animalsopens.

In the section Criteriathe field

Owner : Adam Chihuahua is automatically filled. Continue by selecting the type of print. 2. Type of PrintWant to print basic information about the owner.

the responsible person opens the tab

Animal Owner and clicks or selects the type of print: 6VK - Print of Owners - Basic Information (as shown in the image below). Continue with the print. 3. Print of Owners - Basic Information

The responsible person opens the print preview by double-clicking the selected type of print or by selecting the type of print and clicking the button
