6YB - Owner's statement about the shepherd dog

The shepherd dog is a dog that is raised for the purpose of protecting a herd or flock from predators, is present in the herd or flock, and is registered in the Central Register of Pets as a shepherd dog for the purpose of carrying out the task of protecting the herd or flock.

Printout 6YB - Owner's statement about the shepherd dog prints the statement for registration of status in the CRP. The printout is available atthe printout of owners and animals, by clicking the button  (Printouts) in the toolbar.

Below, we have prepared an example of the owner's statement about the shepherd dog for you.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EXAMPLE The owner of the dog, Tomaž Tornjak, wants to register the status of his shepherd dog Tori in the CRP. The responsible person prints the statement for him. 1. Window Printout of owners and animals

The responsible person wants to Owner and animal register print the owner's statement about the shepherd dog.

Access the register through the menu Veterinary | Registers | Owner and animal register.

Open the form Find owners and animals using the key combination CTRL + F or by clicking the button  (Search).

In the field Search string enter: tomaž. When positioned, click the button Select.

TIP The detailed procedure for searching for an owner is described in the chapter Searching for an owner or animal in the register.

The Owner and animal register opens on the record of the selected animal owner.

In the toolbar click the button  (Printouts).

A window opens Printout of owners and animals.

In the section Criteria the field Owneris automatically filled in: Tomaž Tornjak.

The fields Animal ID and Nameare also automatically filled in. In our case, they are filled with data about the dog Tori.

Continues with selecting the type of printout.

2. Type of printout

Wants to print the owner's statement about the status of the shepherd dog.

In the section Type of printout the responsible person opens the tab Animals | Statements and clicks or selects the type of printout: 6YB - Owner's statement about the shepherd dog (as shown in the image below).

Continues with the printout.

3. Printout Owner's statement about the shepherd dog

The preview of the printout is opened by the responsible person by double-clicking on the selected type of printout or by selecting the type of printout and clicking the button  (Printout).

The program opens the print window for the selected printout: 6YB - Owner's statement about the shepherd dog.

The owner only needs to indicate on the statement whether the dog is raised for the purpose of protecting the flock from predators, or if it is present in the flock at all times raised for the purpose of protecting the flock from predators.
