Predefined eWorkflows for SMS and email notification

The eWorkflows enable notifying subjects via tasks, email or SMS messages.

This chapter introduces the predefined eWorkflows for SMS and email notification:

SMS and email notification

This eWorkflow enables notifying subjects via SMS notifications or email using the Notify contacts form.
Send SMS notification (VET) This eWorkflow enables notifying animal owners on general services and activities of a vet clinic using the PANTHEON VET license.

Send SMS notification on vaccination expiration

 Depending on the vaccination data entered in the PANTHEON VET license, and the set intervals for the vaccination type, this eWorkflow searches for the animal owners a few days before the vaccination is due, and sends them an SMS notification about the vaccination and the re-ordering of the vaccination.

Send SMS notification on appointment

 Depending on the entries of the appointments in the Reception module, a few days before the inspection, the eWorkflow searches for the animal owners and sends them an SMS notification of the upcoming inspection.
