6VO - Calculation of 1st Insemination

Printout 6VO - Calculation of 1st Insemination allows printing of the certificate of animal insemination. The printout includes data about the animal's breeder, the animal's identification number, the date of insemination, and information about the bull and the semen.

Below we present an example of the printout for the calculation of the 1st insemination of the animal.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EXAMPLE The responsible person wants to print the calculation of the 1st insemination of the cow owned by Eva Angus with ID number SI3521523323. The insemination was performed in the field by Valerija Veterinar. The printout is generated through the following steps: Opening Calculation of Treatment Entering Criteria Selecting Type of Printout  Printout Calculation of 1st Insemination

1. Opening Calculation of Treatment

The responsible person wants to print the calculation of the 1st insemination of the cow owned by Eva Angus.

For this purpose, they select the menu Veterinary | Calculation of Treatment.

A form opens Calculation of Animal Treatment. 

They continue by entering criteria.

2. Entering Criteria

The types of printouts can be limited by selecting different criteria. 

In the section Types of Documents, they select the type of document: HCL2 - Field - Valerija Veterinar.

In the section Criteria in the field Owner they manually enter "eva" and select it from the dropdown list.

In the field ID of the animal they enter the number: SI3521523323.

They continue to select the type of printout.

3. Selecting Type of Printout

They want to print the calculation of the 1st insemination of the animal.

In the section Type of Printout the responsible person opens the tab Insemination and clicks or selects the type of printout: 6VO - Calculation of 1st Insemination (as shown in the image below).

They continue with the printout.

4. Printout Calculation of 1st Insemination

The preview of the printout is opened by the responsible person by double-clicking on the selected type of printout or by selecting the type of printout and clicking the button  (Printout).

The program opens the print window for the selected printout: 6VO - Calculation of 1st Insemination.
