History

  

Tab History allows an overview of SMS messages that have already been sent from the tab SMS for sending. For each sent message, we see to whom it was sent, when, for what purpose, and what content the SMS message had.

Tab History is available on the form Sending SMS messages, which is located in the module Reception. 

Below, we have prepared an example for you of reviewing, filtering, and sorting SMS messages that have been sent.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EXAMPLE

In the reception of the veterinary station Bestia, the receptionist wants to check if the SMS message was sent to the client Pika Pomeranec. She does this in the following way.

  • The responsible person opens the form Sending SMS messages by clicking on the form Reception clicks on the button .
  • Clicks on the tab History.
  • The table shows the data of all sent SMS messages.

  • In the column Subject clicks on the column title and the subjects are sorted in alphabetical order. In this way, all messages of the subject Pika Pomeranec are listed sequentially. 

  • By clicking on each position of the sent SMS message, the text that was sent is displayed in the field SMS text .
