Location

   

In the location code list, you can create and edit locations. 

The following fields are available for entry:

ID In this field you can enter the unique identifier of the location.
Name In this field you can enter the name of the location.
Address In this field you can enter the address of the location.
Work from home In this field you can indicate if the location is intended for working from home.
Date from In this field you can enter the date from which the location is valid.
Date to In this field you can enter the date until which the location is valid.
Note In this field you can enter an optional comment or note related to the location.
Geographical border In this field you can define the geographical border of the location. This option is currently available only in the Web Light application (in process)

 

Hint

To quickly copy locations to multiple employees, use the Wizard - Copy locations
