Since the browse posts function enables good overview of the company's accounting records by different criteria, we may at this point reiterate that it is possible to edit and sort browsed posts by any posting item column. In ascending or descending order (see Sorting Data).
The most frequent or predefined sorting method is by journal entry ID, which is displayed in the first column of the browsed posts. If you choose some other method of sorting for example by account ID, then the records shall be put in order of ascending account IDs. That is the accounts, to which posting has been performed. The data about their IDs are displayed in the first column.
Since records have been sorted by account ID, you may now enter the ID of the account in the lookup field, so as to view posting items.
