Merge Employee Data

By pressing Merge Employee Data we can merge data from the panell Position/Salary. Data can be merge in several ways:

 


 

  1. Merge of two different Employee Files of the Employee, without Position. We can merge only data from Position/Salary panell. We choose only Employee from/Employee to;
  2. Move Employee from one Position to another within one Employee Files , where positions extend for 1 (in case of incorrect Position with 0 value). In criteria from/to Position we do not enter any data (leave it free);
  3. Merge from one Position to another within one Employee File, for the same Employee, where in criteria from/to Position need to be entered Position. In case we set a date of Employment End, this position is closed from that date.

 

000001.gif Data are transfer from Employee File and exist only at the Employee we transfer data to. Employee File from whome we transfer data is empty.
WARNING! This process is irreversible!

 

Employee from We select Employee Reg. No. from Employee File and tranfer Employee from one File to another.
From Position Mark the Position from wich we transfer To another Position.
Employment End In case we set a date, the Position will End from that day foward.
See the description of point 3.  
Employee To Employee Reg. No. to wich we intend to transfer data To.
To Position Mark the Position To wich we transfer another position.
Position/Salary In case we would like to merge all the data in the panel Position/Salary.
Checking

Before merging data check if the data are correct. Press Check button. The program will give you the information if merging is possible and the data are correct. 


When during checking are no foults we can press button Checking, so that the button Merge can appear. By pressing Merge button, we combine data from one Employee File to another. Program in grid writes information about merging the data in case od errors.
Program tests identity of Employee (last name, name, date fo birth), potencial data in Payroll Preparation, that don't have  Position in Salary Parameters, exsistence of Position with the same number and if both Employees are already in any Payroll Preparation. After merging Employee From can no longer exist in Payroll Preprations.
Message errors are conected with Payroll Preparation, that gives us informations in wich Payroll Preparations are errors so that we can fix data and merge again.

 
000001.gif Data Copied From Employee are stored To Employee File. Employee From does not have any data in Employee File.
