Automatic mass posting
Mass Posting of Received Invoices
Mass posting enables merge of entries at automatic posting of invoices to create one journal (depending on DT settings) and then add entries in this journal. Example: Posting of whole year invoices is booked on 12 journal, each for every month in year. Posting of invoices are later added to each journal.
This functionality is available for automatic posting of received, issued, POS invoices and customs.

If there is at least one mass posting on DT enabled, we will get new option at automatic posting mask beside Create and Append. This is Collect option.

Document types that are set for mass posting are colored blue in automatic posting of invoices window.

When in authorizations there is set Confirmed Update authorization option for journal entry, new journal entry will be crated and postings will not be added to the existing one.
