FTP

The FTP tab shows settings for the FTP protocol.
The tab can be accessed from the menu Settings | Program | Administration Panel by clicking the panel Settings | Internet and then the tab FTP.

HINT
The labels in brackets next to the settings fields indicate the level on which setting applies:
- (c) – Company-level setting.
- (u) – User-level setting.
- (m) – Workstation-level setting.

Name (m)

Enter the name of the FTP server.
|
FTP port (u)
|
Enter the FTP port code for accessing the FTP server.
The default value is: 21.
|
Timeout (sec) (u)
|
Enter a timeout specifying how many seconds PANTHEON should test the connection before it stops testing.
This value must be numeric!

User name (u)
|
Enter the login details for your email address.
Depending on the email provider, enter your user name or email address.
|
Password (u)
|
Enter the password linked to your email address.
|
Anonymous login
|
Check this checkbox if the server supports the anonymous login option, which means that no password is required.
|
Passive mode
|
Check this checkbox to set the passive transfer mode, which depends on the type of FTP server.
|
Test FTP
|
Checks whether the FTP server settings are properly configured.
