Personnel

 

The Personnel register/tab opens either when clicking Registers | Personnel in the main menu, or from the Registers on the Personnel tab.

The Personnel register is used for keeping records of positions of employment.  

The window can be divided into two sections:

  1. Toolbar – with an important action button: New job (opens a new page).
  2. List of jobs – the biggest part of the screen with jobs and their data, shows directly after selecting Jobs in the menu.

List of jobs

You can search through the list of jobs in the Search field and by Status (All, Active, Inactive).

The list enables sorting jobs and filtering them by condition in the following columns:

Active

A  (tick) marks active jobs, i. e. jobs with current employees.

Job

Job title for this position of employment.

Name

Long name of this job (up to 100 characters).

Superior position

Superior job/position of employment, if employee hierarchy is defined.

Department

Department in which this job is positioned.
