Toolbar in My records


In the left, the toolbar has the three tabs of the Work records submodule.
In the right, there are action buttons for My records tab:
(Search engine)

Opens a new line with criteria fields (see more below).

(Add request)
|
Opens a pop-up window to add a new request. See more at this link.
|
(Wizards)
|
The Wizards button has two levels:
- Add work obligation – adds an entry when work obligations are not entered in My records, for example to add missing entries for past days.
- Add new absence (in preparation).

(Export)
|
Export the work records for the displayed time period into Excel.
|
(Print)
|
Print the work records for the displayed time period or save as a PDF.
|
Search engine
Clicking on the Search engine button opens a new line with criteria fields.

Here, you can define the criteria according to which the work records will be displayed. You can filter entries by:
Search
|
Enter random criterion to filter the lines by.
|
Employee
|
Select an employee from the register.
Employees displayed depend on authorizations in Settings | Users , where you can set access to see:
- Only personal data of the logged-in user
- Personal data and data of subordinate employees
- All employees’ data.

Work obligation
|
Select one or more work obligations.
|
Department
|
Select a department.
|
Cost center
|
Select a cost center.
|
Display type
|
Select one of the predefined options:
- Last 10
- Last month
- Last quarter
- Custom date.
If you select Custom date, also select dates for the From and To fields from the calendar view.
The default value here is Custom date with the dates for the current month.

From
|
Shows the starting date of the time period of work obligations displayed. Select another date for custom display period.

To
|
Shows the ending date of the time period of work obligations displayed. Select another date for custom display period.

Warning
This is a WARNING and should be marked with this icon. If necessary, copy this whole table and add a new warning.
