Timer – Header in My records


The header shows the timer and the buttons used to select work obligations.
You can customize the order and selection of buttons on the:

WARNING
The timer can only be activated by a logged-in user entered in Employees who has the same selected contact information both in Employee files in PANTHEON and in Authorizations (permission HRKEDLVCDELCASDEJ) on User.
You can find more information about the necessary settings for logged-in users in the chapter Settings on Users for Work records.

The only fixed button is “Departure”.
(Timer)

The timer displays the duration of the selected work obligation (in progress).

(Status icon)
|
The status icon indicates the selected work obligation (in progress).
|
(Work from home)
|
Enable this toggle button to only show buttons for working from home. The “Work from home” buttons are selected in Settings | Work records in Work obligations register via the From home select box.

Clicking on any of the buttons starts the timer from 00:00:00 for the selected work obligation and automatically stops and closes the previous one if in progress.
Buttons for Work obligations can be customized and defined in Settings | Work records | Work obligations.

Stops the timer.

Warning
The timer remains activate when you go to another panel, a different browser tab or even if you log out of the program or close the browser. The timer is active all the time until you click on Departure.
