Download storages
In Step 3 of the Setup Wizard for Documentation, you can download the predefined storages using the Web Service.
The form for downloading storages works in the same way as similar forms used in other registers.
Predefined settings for different document storage formats (eDocumentation, Certified eDocumentation and Local eDocumentation) are available for download from the server, allowing companies to store documents securely according to their business needs and legal regulations.

In the Criteria section, select the criteria for downloading storages using the Web Service. The section contains the following fields:

ID
|
Enter the ID of the storage to be downloaded using the Web Service.
|
|
Name
|
Enter the name of the storage to be downloaded using the Web Service.
|

HINT
When specifying only a part of a known value, you can use the special character '%', which replaces the remaining part in the search.
|
In the Import Type section, select how the storages will be imported and select the desired localization. The section contains the following elements:

Adding
|
If activated, any records that do not yet exist in the Storage register will be downloaded using the Web Service. When this radio button is activated, its color turns orange.

|
Add/Update
|
If activated, any records that do not yet exist in the Storage register will be downloaded using the Web Service, while the existing records will be overwritten. When this radio button is activated, its color turns orange.

|
For Country
|
Select predefined storages that are available for the corresponding localization or country. Currently available localizations include:
- BA – Bosnia and Herzegovina
- SI – Slovenia
- Other countries

|
Transfer from Server (button)
|
Downloads the storages using the Web Service according to the selected criteria and import type.
|
The storages table shows all the storages that have been downloaded using the Web Service according to the criteria and import type selected. The table displays the data fields for each storage:

Yes/No
|
Select the storages to be downloaded to the Storage register. When the checkbox is checked, its color turns orange.
|
|
ID
|
Shows the ID of the storage downloaded using the Web Service.
|
|
Name
|
Shows the name of the storage downloaded using the Web Service.
|
|
Description
|
Shows the description of the storage downloaded using the Web Service.
|
|
URL
|
Shows the address of the website or local storage site that enables the program to connect to the storage site.
|
|
Transfer into Register (button)
|
Transfers the storages selected in the table to the Storage register.
|
In the footer of the form, there are buttons to navigate between the steps of the Setup Wizard.
|
Back (button)
|
Returns to the previous step of the Setup Wizard.
|
|
Next (button)
|
Moves to the next step of the Setup Wizard.
