Predefined eWorkflows for eBanking

The effects of rapid technological progress are also being felt in banking, and e-business is a particularly favourable activity for banking. In fact, e-business effectively supports the fast and high quality delivery of banking services. It makes services cheaper, no longer restricts their use to the times when banks are officially open and to the location of bank branches. Above all, it enables both banks and their customers to make significant savings in time.

In support of eBanking, PANTHEON has been integrated with various banking systems: Halcom in Slovenia, ProCredit bank in Macedonia. It is also worth mentioning the integration of the SEPA-based transactions with MER in Croatia.

In Slovenia, as a result of the integration with Halcom, it is possible to directly transfer or import bank statements and post them. The advantage of the integration is that the user can retrieve the statements in the document system with a single click in PANTHEON. The process is controlled by predefined eWorkflows.

The eWorkflows are used to import the statements into the posting module, making this task faster, more transparent and easier. This chapter introduces the predefined eWorkflows that support eBanking.
