Employees

The Employees form allows you to review and select employees, and add them to the Daily Plan.
You can access the form by clicking the Select Employee in the Work Orders/Employees form.

Below is the description of the form's features.
The header contains the filters to search for the employees.
Employee

Select the employee form Employee files from the dropdown menu.

Skill/Ability
|
Select the skill or ability from the Skills and Abilities register, to filter the employees.

Department
|
Select the department from the Subjects register to filter the employees.
|
Resources |
Select the resource from Resources register to filter the employees that can work on selected resource. |
All
|
Clicking the button displays all employees.
|
Subordinate
|
Clicking the button displays employees subordinate to the user.
|
Planned
|
Clicking the button displays employees who are already planned for the work in the daily plan.

Free
|
Clicking the button displays employees that still have free time.
|
In this section, all the employees are shown according to the filters chosen in the header of the form.
Each card displays data about the employee.

(Name)
|
Displays the name of the employee.
|
Skill/Ability
|
Displays the skill or ability of the employee.
|
Department
|
Displays the department of the employee.
|
Resources |
Displays the resource assigned to the employee. |
Start
|
Displays the start time of the employee’s shift.
|
End
|
Displays the end time of the employee’s shift.
|

Displays the image of the worker from the Employee files.

Planned time/Allocated time
|
Displays the planned time and the time that is already allocated for work.
