Classification list

After selecting Add-in button   and loging in PANTHEON DMS Add-in the Clasification list opens.

The Classification list shows Classifications from PANTHEON and their belonging subclassifications. To see Documentation user can open desired classification or use a search engine.

IMPORTANT The necessary settings for installing PANTHEON DMS Add-in can be found in user manual.

Below is a description of the Classification list form’s features:

1. Toolbar

The toolbar shows following features:

SI_TECTA_ALPHA	Name of the PANTHEON database the PANTHEON DMS Add-in is logged in.
DIRECTOR	Username of the logged in user.  HINT Clicking on username opens button  to log out of database.

2. Search engine

Search engine to filter Classifications by typing their name in the search field.

3. Clasifications

List of PANTHEON Clasifications and their belonging subclassifications.

Classifications that have subclassifications have an arrow on the left side to open or close  subclassifications.

When user select Classification the Documents list with documents for specific Classification opens.
