Documents

The Documents form gives you central control over all documents in the documentation by enabling you to view, edit, import into and export documents from the documentation.
The form can be accessed from the menu Settings | Documentation | Documents.
Here is a description of the form and its individual elements.

1. Toolbar: The toolbar is found on each PANTHEON form at the top of the program window. The features specific to the Documents form can be accessed by clicking these buttons:
2. Filters: Many filters are available on the form to make it easier to find documents.
3. Documents table: The table contains all received, sent and internal documents in the documentation.
4. The lower part of the form shows tabs with more detailed information on the selected document.
- Links: This tab shows information on the documents linked to the selected document.
- Metadata: This tab shows the metadata of the selected document as entered by the user.
- Files: This tab shows all the files belonging to the selected document.
- Chat Log: This tab of the Documents form shows information on which task was run in relation to the document as well as when and by whom it was run.
- Linked DMS: This tab shows information about all other linked documents for currently selected Subject.

(Add watermark to document) appears in the Document Preview toolbar.
