Chat Log

The tab Chat Log, in the Documents form, displays information about who, when and which task was performed in connection with the document and which workflow (e.g. validation) controls the tasks.

Chat Log also displays so called Audit trail, information about who viewed a document or file, modified it etc.

The tab contains the following columns:

Completed

If checked (), task is completed.

 

Hint

Information in Completed field can not be changed manually, but is linked to the completion of the activity on the task.

User

The user who created the event is displayed in this field.

Message

This field contains the message that was written to the user when the event was created.

The message is intended as an internal bookmark for the user of what the task has done or serves as an instruction, a question for the user to whom the task has been redirected.

Status

This field contains the status of the document from the grid list.

Warning

Status types are defined in the workflow.

Task

This field contains the title of the associated task.

Creation time

The date and time of event creation are displayed in this field.

Subject

The name of the subject is entered in the field.

Link Key

This field contains the link key from the grid list.

Task type

This field contains the name of the task type. For details read chapter Task Type

Workflow

The name of the workflow is written in this field.

Link Key

Document related to the task.

Parent InstanceId

ID of the supervisor workflow.

Parent Workflow Name

Name of the supervisor workflow.

Task Instance ID

Link to the unique task number.

Workflow Inst. Id

Link to the unique workflow number.
