Add new User
In the program Settings, we also manage Users. All users who will use the program PANTHEON Web Legal must be added as users, and their user data must be set.
This chapter describes how to add new User in program settings.

Case summary
A new lawyer has started working in Themis law company. Since they will be using the program like the other lawyers, the responsible person must first add him to users of the program.
The following steps are required:
- Selecting Settings
- Adding new User
- Testing new User

After logging into the PANTHEON Web Legal, the responsible person selects the module Settings from main menu.

To manage users, selects the Users tab in Settings.

A list of users is displayed.

In the next step, the user adds new User.
They want to create a new User.
They do this by clicking the New User button in Users toolbar.

A form for entering the new User data opens.
Subject of the user is already filled.
They enter the First and Last name of the new user.

In the next step, selects the user's User name and password for the program.

In the final step, they select the appropriate activated license for the program PANTHEON Web Light - WP.

The user is saved by clicking the Save button in the toolbar.
The new user appears on the list of Users.

In the next step, the user tests new User.
After creating the new user, we log in to PANTHEON Web Legal using their login credentials and the database name.
