Creating Authorization reports

The Authorization Report form allows you to generate various reports regarding user or group authorizations and permissions, compare permissions or review changes made to authorizations.

In this chapter, we will present an use case on how to generate an authorization report.
The person responisble opens the Administration Panel form by selecting Settings | Program | Administration Panel from the menu.
Then they open a menu with right-mouse click anywhere on the Administration Panel's tree structure and select Report.

The Authorization Report form opens.
They continue to select the criteria.
They want to generate a report on all user authorizations for user ACCOUNTANT.
They select a 02Z - All Use Authorizations report type in the Report Type section.
In the Criteria tab, they select ACCOUNTANT in the User field.
To create a report, they click on the Report button.

They continue to review the created report.
Report is created and opens in a new Report window.
There it can be review, saved, imported into Documentation or printed.
