Print Document Range

Print Document Range

On the Print Document Range form you can display or print more than one set-off document.

The form Print Document Range can be opened via the Set-Off document form by clicking the  (Wizards) button and selecting the Print Document Range.

The description of the form and the fields is the same as in the Set-Off Reports. Here, we presented only a description of the fields that are new on this form.

Status

From drop-down menu select the status of the set-offs you want to capture in the printout.

Sort By

In this section select how to sort the documents:

  • Document Number
  • Customer
  • Supplier

Merge

If checked, the program will merge the documents into one PDF.

Report

By clicking on this button a report of document range is created.

Send

By clicking on this button the report of document range is sent.

Print

By clicking on this button the report of document range is printed.

 

In the lower section of the Report Type you have an option for the reports you can print as set-offs which are described in the chapter Set-Off Reports.
