Overview
The Overview functionality opens the Workflow form with a list of all workflows that you created or imported into the database. The form also enables you to print workflow diagrams.
The form can be accessed on the Workflow Design form by clicking the 
(Wizards) button and selecting the Overview option.
Clicking the 
(Reports) toolbar button opens the Workflow Print form for printing workflow diagrams.
Each workflow diagram is printed on a separate page.
The list shows the following information on each workflow:

Creates a shortcut to the selected workflow on the top of the PANTHEON desktop or in the toolbar.

|
Start this workflow.

Name
|
Name of the workflow.
|
|
User Ins. (User inserted)
|
User who inserted the workflow.
Each entry has information about this in the database and it is displayed here.

Date Ins. (Date inserted)
|
Date when the workflow was inserted.
Each entry has information about this in the database and it is displayed here.

User Chg. (User Changed)
|
User who changed the workflow.
Each entry has information about this in the database and it is displayed here.

Date Chg. (Date Changed)
|
Date when the workflow was last changed.
Each entry has information about this in the database and it is displayed here.

The Details section of the currently selected workflow is divided into three sections:
1. Diagram preview
The top part of the workflow details section shows a preview of the diagram.
2. Errors list
This list is displayed only if an error occurs while the workflow is running.
3. Variables list
Shows the list and value of all variables that exist in the workflow.

If checked, the variable names in the upper part are written with spaces (e.g. File Name). If not checked, the variable names are displayed without spaces (e.g. FileName).
