40H - Tool Maintenance

The 40H – Tool Maintenance report shows all the tools and data about the maintenance of tools, according to the parameters from the Tools Report form.

You can open the report by selecting 40H – Resource Maintenance from the Tools Report form, which can be opened by clicking the (Reports) button in the toolbox of the Tools register.

Below is a description of the report’s features.

1. Information about the report

This section contains information about the report.

Company

Displays the information about the company that the report is generated for.

User

Displays the user that generated the report.

Report Generated

Displays the time when the report was generated.
Status Displays the status of the tools included in the report.
Own Displays if the own tools are shown.

External

Displays if the external tools are shown.
Show resorces Displays the information about which tools are shown.

2. List of resources

This section contains the list of resources and their maintenance data, according to the criteria selected in the  Tools Report form.

Tool

Displays the ID of the tool.

Name

Displays the name of the tool.

Servicing interval

Displays the servicing interval as it is set in the Maintenance tab of the Tools register.

Done Qty since last service

Displays the quantity of the pieces produced, or the working hours since the last reported service.

Qty till next service

Displays the quantity of the pieces produced, or the working hours until the next planned service.
