To create a report of product specification select Product Structure in the Spec Reports window and click the report button.

These are the so-called structural reports of lines of material of products and semi-finished products (in production - item type P - Product) in the selected product specification. You can select level of structure thus representing products and assembly parts contained in the specification. Information on the selected specification is displayed first. This is followed by components in consecutive order. The same order is used in specifying lines into specification structure depths.

Here you can restrict displayed data by a specific item type.

Here you can observe the following data:

Report Name Displays report name Product Structure as set in Document Types settings.
Level Displays the level of product assembly. Level 0 represents the initial level of the selected specification. Level 1 represents its assebly parts, etc.
Item Displays ID of assembly part.
Name Displays a name of item.
Item Type Displays an item type.
Prim. Categ. Displays ID of primary category of product.
Sec. Cat. Displays ID of secondary category of product.
Quantity Displays quantity in line. A unit of measurement is used here, that is, batch in line for a specific quantity if Recalculate Requireements is checked. If you have not checked it. the displayed quantity of semi-finished products is equivalent to product quantity. That is, volume.
U/M Displays unit of measurement used (primary unit of measurement). If the primary U/M is not specified in the Items register, then the report displays the one from product specification.
Volume Displays volume for lines in specification.
