Inserting the Photo of Employee

  

 

It is possible to insert employee photos to their personnel files.

1. Inserting a photo

To insert the photo double-click on the icon on the right side of the employee header page

The program will open a window, through which you can enter employee's photo.  By right clicking on the window, you can select the photo.

Click Load and select the photo from your files. 

Close the Employee Photo window and the program will now show the photo in the box of the employee files.

2. Deleting or editing a photo

Photos can be deleted or edited  by right clicking on the image icon and selecting Delete Photo or Edit Photo option.

 

3. Photo icon

Photo size is not limited, however if the uploaded photo is larger than 90KB, it is automatically resized for the icon image.  Icon image is shown on the lower part of the Employee Photo window.  The appearance is shown in the below picture:
