Adding Note

The form Work Done is intended for reporting and overview of the work done on the Operation line of the Servicing WO. On the form are also Additional Settings to add Note to the Operation.
This user manual provides the example of adding a note to the Operation.

Case summary
Gary Service, a servis employee at Tecta Ltd., wants to add a note to the Operation, that the service required more time due to an error in the replacement part. The process is as follows:
- Opening the Work Done form
- Entering the Note

After logging into PANTHEON Field Service Granule, Gary selects the desired Servicing WO card from the Servicing WO List.
From Operations list, he selects the operation card he wants to report work on.

This opens the Work Done form, ready for data entry.

He opens Additional Settings by selecting
button. 
On Additional Settings form he selects Note field.
He enters the desired message in our case: "Service required more time due to an error in the replacement part." and return to previous pages by selecting
buttons.
