Operations


The Operations form is used to view the lines of the work operations on a servicing WO (work order).

The form shows all servicing WO operation lines, their general information, employees working on the operation, the progress in percentage and graphically, the status and the number of already reported work operations, and the planned work operations per line.

To open the form, select Servicing Wo List from the menu and click one of the servicing WO cards. The Operations tab opens by default.

HINT

When you click on the particular Operation card, the program opens the Work done form for reporting the completed work for the selected operatin line. For more information on the form, see the chapter Work done.

1. Toolbar

The form toolbar shows tabs for navigating between the forms in the servicing WO.

For more details on the toolbar, see section 1. Toolbar in the chapter Servicing WO.

2. Header

The header of the form shows the number of the servicing WO, item ID, and location of the servicing WO.

Number

Number of the servicing WO that is made up of the year of creation of the servicing WO, the servicing WO document type, and the consecutive number of the servicing WO.

Item

The ID of the servicing WO item from the Items register.

Location

The location of the operation from the servicing WO.

Active operations If toggle button is enabled, only active operations are displayed.

3. Operations cards

This part of the form shows all Operations cards.

Each Operations card (shown in the image at the beginning of this chapter and detailed in the image below) contains general information about the operation line.

# (Line number) Displays the line number of the opeartion on the work order.

 (Work indicator)

Visible if time is being recorded for the operation.

If you hover with the mouse cursor over the indicator, the Work done window appears with information on the start of the operation and the user assigned to it.

(Materials for operation)

If you hover with the mouse cursor over the icon, the Materials for Operation window appears with the details of the materials on the service WO linked to the operation. The same information is displayed on the Material card tab on the Issued materials tab.

(Operation)

The ID and the name of the operation item from the Items register.

(Employee)

Image of one or more employees if they were added to the work operation by the person responsible for servicing.

(Add employee)

Button to add additional employees to the servicing WO operation.

# (Work order number) Displays the number of the work order.

Progress bar

Graphical display of the progress in the work completed or received quantities for this operation.

Status (progress in %)

The progress of the operation. There are two-line statuses:

  • Open – The status indicates that the quantity of completed work does not yet correspond to the planned quantity or that Work done for this line has not yet been reported.
  • Finished – The status indicates that the total planned quantity of work has been completed or that Work done for this line has been reported.

The progress of completed work or received quantities is shown as a percentage in brackets.

Reported/planned time

The reported and planned time of operation completion. Displayed in the following format: 2.5/6 MHR, which means that 2.5 man-hours of 6 man-hours have been completed.

3.1 Work done

Appears if you hover with the mouse cursor over the Work done indicator on a particular Operations card.

 

Operation started

The date and time at which time recording for the operation has started.

Employee

The employee who is performing the work for the operation.

4. Buttons

The left bottom part of the form Operations shows the two buttons: the Back and the Add button.

(Back)

Returns to the servicing WO list.

(Add)

Opens new form to add a new operation to the servicing WO.

 (Additional settings) Opens the Additional settings form.
