Authorizations for Employee Files
You can allow access to and assign authorizations for user Employee Files.
Just set the following:
Set user status to your employees in the Administration Panel to grant them access to Employee Files.
Then assign user authorizations by selecting MC - own data only and set read, write or delete authorizations.

You can also restrict authorizations making some Employee Files inaccessible.
Let us take a look at the following example:

Thus you grant the employee access to his or her Employee Files.
But you hide Salary Calculation, user-defined fields, selected document types as well as commendations and complaints entered by their superiors.
In addition you have hidden the Working Hours panel because it is not used in your company.

Below you can see the layout and form of a specific Employee Files:

You can assign read, write and delete authorizations for Employee Files to the employee. The navigation buttons and the lookup table are not available. Plus, only the Employee Files can be opened from the menu.
