BetrSign enables fully digital, legally compliant, and secure signing of documents, eliminating the need for printing, scanning, or physical storage. 

With combination of PANTHEON and BetrSign, contracts, orders, delivery notes, and other business documents are processed faster, with full transparency and traceability. As an eIDAS-certified trust service provider with ISO security standards, BetrSign ensures data protection and reliability while reducing costs and administrative workload.

Key features of BetrSign:

  • Legally valid electronic signatures (compliant with eIDAS regulation in the EU)

  • Secure authentication of signatories (eID, SMS OTP, digital certificates)

  • Automatic document routing between parties

  • Audit trails and timestamps for legal evidence

  • Integration with business systems for workflow automation (such as PANTHEON)

Setting up BetrSign The BetrSign funcionality in PANTHEON allows you send PANTHEON documents or documents form PANTHEON DMS to BetrSign platform for signing by other parties.
Sending PANTHEON document to BetrSign PANTHEON documents (Reports) can be sent directly from Report window to BetrSign using reports that support digital signing.
Signing the document with BetrSign BetrSign is a digital signing platform that allows users to electronically sign documents in a legally valid and secure way. 
Retrieving signed documents from BetrSign Using the BetrSign mailbox in the Mailroom allows you to track the status of documents sent for digital signing. Once a document is successfully signed in BetrSign, it can be imported into the PANTHEON DMS, and its status is updated accordingly.
