The Break Link to Collective Document function can be found in the Wizards 018551.gif menu of internal documents.

If you added the internal document to a collective document and later discovered irregularities, you can delete the internal document from the collective document. In this case, the program will delete all lines in the collective document that came from this internal document if they were added individually or will decrease amounts and values of lines if they were added together. The program will also delete all links.

 

The program will ask you to confirm the operation: Do you really wish to break the link with the collective document (no. of collective document)? If you click OK, it will tell when the operation is complete: Link broken

 

If the internal document has not been added to a collective document and you have selected this function, the program will display an error: Document (no. of document) is not linked!

In case the collective document is already confirmed, a warning appears:

 

After changing the status of the collective document to non-confirmed, the link can be removed.
