Appointment Calendar

The Appointment Calendar tab is used for entering appointments for customers ordering various services.
It is helpful for all businesses that deal with scheduling customer appointments in various services such as hairdressing and beauty salons, medical and dental clinics, car repair shops and fitness centers, along with many others.

WARNING
The Appointment calendar will only appear in the main menu on the left or as a tab in Orders when the Appointment calendar toggle button is enabled on at least one Document Type for Orders.

The tab window is divided into two sections:
- Calendar header with filters
- Calendar display (main part of the window)

1. Calendar header with filters
In the calendar header, you can:
- select the conditions to filter the calendar by different criteria (Filters) on the left side,
on the right side in the Calendar display field, select how the calendar will be displayed (daily, weekly or monthly) in the main part of the window.
Filters

Document Type
|
Select one or more document types you want to see in the calendar.

WARNING
The Appointment calendar will only appear in the main menu on the left or as a tab in Orders when the Appointment calendar toggle button is enabled on at least one Document Type for Orders.

Display
|
You can select one of the following display modes:
- By Employees – displays orders for a single employee.
- By assets – displays orders by the availability of fixed assets.

Contractor/Employee
|
Select to display by individual employee or by multiple employees at the same time.
This shows all active employees who are entered in the Employee files or in the employee register: Personnel | Employees.

Asset
|
Select to display by individual fixed asset or multiple assets at the same time.

WARNING
From the drop-down list, you can only select those fixed assets that are entered in PANTHEON in the Fixed Assets register in the module Money l Fixed Assets and that have Equipment selected in the Subtype field.

Customer
|
Select the display by individual customer or multiple customers entered in the Subjects register.
|
Department
|
Select the display by individual department or multiple departments.
|
Calendar display
|
Select to see the dates in the form of a:
- daily,
- weekly, or
- monthly calendar.

2. Calendar Display
In addition to orders, the calendar also shows the employee's planned working time, including absences (holidays, sick leave, etc.).
Planned working time is shown in white in the columns, while the remaining working time outside the planned working time is shown in grey.
If an order is entered on a day when an employee is absent, the order will be colored red, which means that it should be assigned or transferred to another employee.
You can select how the calendar will be displayed in the main part of the window:

2.1 Daily calendar
The daily calendar shows the dates for each day, which can be selected on the right side of the calendar.
If display by employee is selected, the column headers show the names of employees, while their availability or orders are shown in the column below.

If availability by asset is selected, the columns show the names of the assets and their availability by hours.
2.2 Weekly calendar
The weekly calendar shows the dates within the week, which is currently selected on the right side of the calendar.

2.3 Monthly calendar
The monthly calendar shows the dates within the month, which is currently selected on the right side of the calendar.
