Reviewing a calendar order

You can easily view, edit and download customer orders in the Appointment calendar.

In the calendar view, each order has the following options, which are activated when you move the cursor:

  1. Transfer or move an order
  2. Icons on the order
  3. Hint on the order
  4. Item on the order

1. Transfer or move an order

You can also transfer orders that have already been entered to another person performing the service or asset or to another time.

To shorten or lengthen the duration of an order, move the cursor along the top or bottom edge to find the arrow symbol  and click to stretch the order in the desired direction.

To move an order, hover over the arrow at the top of the order to find the arrow symbol  and use the drag and drop function to move the order to the desired position in the calendar.

2. Icons on the order

When hovering with the cursor over an order, the following icons will appear on the order:

(Editing)

When you click the edit icon, a pop-up window will appear instead of the order information window, where you can modify or update the order, just like with the order entry.

(Deleting)

Clicking on the delete icon deletes the order.

(Opening an order)

When clicked, the order will open in the form New preliminary invoice/offer.

If only one document is selected in the calendar filter Document type, it will be copied to this field by default. If multiple document types are selected in the calendar filter Document type, this field will remain empty.

Entering the document type is mandatory.

3. Hint on the order

When you click on an order, a pop-up window will appear with detailed information about the order.

4. Item on the order

In the calendar, each order has an item or service in the top left corner and the customer's name in brackets.

Double-clicking on the order text in the calendar view will open the order in the form New preliminary invoice/offer.
