The Close Open Claim window allows you to close a claim with another document (a credit note, for example).

In Close Line with Document, select the desired document and enter the desired Line. Click Close with Document to link the two documents and close the claim.

Claims closed this way are regarded as closed in Customer Claim Reports.

 

056130.gif Claims closed like this can be reopened with the Remove Link to Credit Note function in the Wizards menu. The program prompts: Do you want to remove the link to the credit note YYY?
