Copy FMP to Plan

The Copy FMP to Plan form allows you to copy lines from FMP to a selected Plan. You can select the lines you want to copy, select the mode of copying, and select the plan to copy to.

The form can be accessed from the Schedule plan form by clicking the   (Copy FMP to Plan) button, by clicking the  (Wizards) button and selecting Copy FMP to Plan from the dropdown menu, or by using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + 8.

1. Buttons

The buttons in this section are used to refresh data and create work orders.

Refresh Data

By clicking the button, the data in the Copy FMP to Plan table is refreshed according to the criteria set on the form.

Copy

By clicking the button, you copy the selected lines in the Copy FMP to Plan to the selected plan.

2. Criteria and mode

In this section, you can select the plan to copy lines to, and the mode of copying.

To Plan

Enter or select the ID of the plan to which you want to copy schedule lines.

Overwrite Target Plan Lines with FMP Lines

If selected, the plan lines are overwritten with the ones selected from the Copy FMP to Plan table.  

Add FMP Items to Target Plan

If selected, the lines selected from the Copy FMP to Plan table are appended to the existing lines in the Plan

3. Additional Criteria

In this section, you can set filters to display the lines in the Copy FMP to Plan table.

From

Enter or select the start date and time of the schedule plan.

To

Enter or select the end date and time of the schedule plan.

Item

Enter or select the item ID.

Doc. Type

Enter or select the document type used in creating the line in FMP.

Name

Enter or select the name of the item.

Prim. Cat.

Enter or select the ID of the primary category.

Sec. Cat.

Enter or select the ID of the secondary category.

4. Item Type

In this section, you can select the item types to be displayed in the Copy FMP to Plan table.

Item types are selected if the checkbox is checked.

5. Copy FMP to Plan

In this section, all the lines are displayed according to the criteria set. Lines can be selected for copying.

Sel.

If checked, it marks the line for copying. You can check it or uncheck it by double-clicking, or by selecting a command in the right-click menu.

Item

Displays the ID of the item in the plan.

Alt.

Displays the number of the alternate in the source plan.

Name

Displays the name of the item in the plan.

U/M

Displays the unit of measurement of the item.

Quantity

Displays the quantity of the item in the line of plan.

Date

Displays the exact date and time of line need.

Doc. Type

Displays the ID of the document type used in creating the line of plan.

Item Type

Displays the ID of the item type.

Prim. Cat.

Displays the ID of the primary category of the item.

Sec. Cat.

Displays the ID of the secondary category of the item.
