Daily Plan Task

The Daily Plan Task form allows you to create and edit a task, and review the task data on the calendar.

The form can be opened by right-clicking anywhere on the Calendar of the Daily Plan, and choosing New Task from the menu. This way an empty form for adding a new task is opened.

The form can also be opened by double-clicking or right-clicking the task and choosing Open task. This way the form is filled with the data of the selected task.

Warning

Data on the Daily Plan Task form, opened from the finished Daily plan, can only be reviewed and cannot be changed.

 

Below is the description of the form's features.

1. Header

The header contains data about the resource, the time, and the planned quantity of the task.

Resource (ID)

Displays the ID of the resource.

Resource (Name)

Displays the name of the resource.

Start time

Enter or view the start date and time of the task.

Time

Enter or view the amount of time for the task.

When the time is entered, the time in the End field changes accordingly.

End

Enter or view the end time of the task.

When the time is entered, the amount of time between the Start time and the End is written in the Time field.

Quantity

Enter or view the planned quantity for production.

When the quantity is entered, the time in the Time and the End fields changes according to the specified time needed for the production of the product. Similarly, the quantity changes when the time is changed.

2. Tabs

Tabs contain data about the operation, which is planned for the task, and the history of changes on the task.

2.1. Task info

The Task info tab contains data about the operation, and the action buttons for adding employees and editing the task.

Save

By clicking the button, you save the entered data to the task.

Delete

By clicking the button, you delete the task.

Cancel

By clicking the button, you cancel the changes made to the task.

Task Type

Enter or select the Task Type from the dropdown menu.

WO

Enter or select the work order from the dropdown menu.

Product (ID)

Displays the ID of the product from the selected WO.

Product (Name)

Displays the name of the product from the selected WO.

End date

Displays the end date of production of the product from the selected WO.

Line

From the dropdown menu, enter or select the line number of the desired operation.

Accordingly, the operation ID is displayed in the Operation field.

Operation

From the dropdown menu, enter or select the ID of the desired operation.

Accordingly, the line number of the operation is displayed in the Line field.

Planned Time

Displays the planned time for the operation.

Time Used

Displays the time used for the operation.

Scheduled Time

Displays the time scheduled for the operation.

Time Left

Displays the remaining time for the operation.

Add employee

By clicking the button, you open the Add link to Task form, which is used for adding the employee to the task.

Employees

Displays the employees added to the task, with their registration number and name.

By clicking the registration number, you open the employee file of the employee.

By clicking the Delete button in the employee line, you remove the employee from the task.

Note

View, or enter a note into the task.

 

2.2. History

The tab shows the history of changes made on the task.

Time of change

Displays the exact time of the change.

User

Displays the user that made the change.

Change type

Displays the type of change:

  • Insert – a new value was inserted.
  • Update – an existing value was changed.
  • Delete – an existing value was deleted.

Task

Displays the tasks of the changes.

Field

Displays the name of the filed that was changed.

Old value

Displays the value before the change.

New value

Displays the value after the change.
