Document note window for entry of eventual note to the document of receiving. The default text of the note can also be entered into the document types register (Default value).

Data on weight and packages

Packages (number) number of packages is being calculated on basis of data in the items register and according to the settings in the program parameters. The number can also be entered manually and subsequentially copied onto individual lines.
Packages (form) From the measuring units register select the form of packages, constituting this receiving.
Package mark if the packages are marked, then enter their mark into this field
Gross mass gross mass of the receiving is calculated on basis of data in the items register . The data can also be entered manually and subsequentially copied to individual lines. Weighing for segmentation will here be the data about the gross mass from the items register.
Distribute
 if the gross mass and the number of packages differ from actual data from the SAD for storing into the customs warehouse, these two data can be edited manually. The button Split then distributes the data about the packages weighted by lines of receiving. The gross weight from the items register can be used for weighting here. When entering new data about the weight into the document line, the program also demands confirmation of operation (see Do you really wish to recalculate weight).
000001.gif If the data about the gross weight and receiving is corrected after you have created the issues on basis of this receiving, you can also update these data in the documents of issue (see Recalculation of issue).

Total
overall value of receiving in local currency
Foreign overall price of receiving in the selected currency from the header of receiving
