Tab Debt Collection

Debt Collection
In the Debt collection tab in the menu Financials | Debt collection, you can find a list of debtors and corresponding outstanding items matching the entered debt collection criteria. By default, the data is sorted in descending order by receivables balance.
 |
WARNING
By left-clicking on the grey field containing the field name, you can sort the data displayed by any parameter (subject, receivables balance, linked document, value date, etc.). For more information, see the chapter Sorting Data in PANTHEON Basics).
|

The search window can be used to quickly find the subject – debtor.
General information about the debtors from the Subjects register is displayed here. They are colored in the following manner:
- GREEN – Subjects that have been successfully contacted in the last X days. The count starts on today's date (see the chapter Debt Collection Criteria). Such a subject does not need to be contacted again.
- RED – Subjects that have not been contacted in more than X days. The count starts on today's date (see the chapter Debt Collection Criteria) or could not have been rached during this time. Such a subject may have to be called urgently.
- BLACK – Subjects that do not correspond to any of the above-mentioned conditions.
In the Criteria tab of the Debt collection window, you can specify when any of the groups of debtors mentioned above should be used when sorting data.
