Defects

The Defects register allows you to define defects, malfunctions, errors etc. that are used in Service documents.
The register can be opened by double-clicking in a field in the Error column in any Service document: Received customer claim, Claim issued to supplier or Service Order.
Defects also appear as criterion Claim Report form and can be accessed by double-clicking the Fault field.

Enter the ID of the defect. Up to 3 characters. |
Description |
Enter the description of the defect. Up to 50 characters. |
Categories |
Select the Item categories to set the defect exclusively to selected categories. |
