in this panel you can set details about your company and the addressee that will display on a document:

Address Item Order Set the formula that will define the content and its order in the address of the addressees document reports (i.e. customer). You can separate the statements with a semicolon. The semicolon means also that the content will move to the next row. Possible statements refer to data in the Subjects register:
  • acContact – contact;
  • acSubject – name of the subject;
  • acName2 – second name of the subject;
  • acName3 – third name of the subject;
  • acAddress - address of the subject;
  • acPost – postal area and place;
  • acCode – VAT identification number;
  • acTel – telephone number;
  • acFax – fax number.

If you would like to enter a fixed text in front of the actual data from the suitable field of the register, you have to enter the text after the name of the field and in quotation marks.
Example: You want to enter before the actual VAT number the text VAT number:
How? Enter the statement in the formula Code"VAT number:"

Postal Code and City (M) - Spaces Apart Spaces between the number of the postal area and the place on the report.
Show Country Prefix You can enter foreign numbers of postal areas in the postal zones register in the following way XXX-nnnnnnn, XXX is the ISO code of the country (i.e, IT, HR, ...), nnnnnn is the number of the postal area.
If there are more places with the same postal are (i.e.  IT-33040 Premariaco, IT-33040 Moimacco), you have to enter postal areas as following: IT-33040/1 Premariaco, IT-33040/2 Moimacco.
To display the prefix of the country, you can choose among three options:
  • Always - If you always want to display the prefix of the country in front of the postal area (i.e. IT-33040 Moimacco, SI-1000 Ljubljana)
  • Abroad Only - if you would like to display the prefix in front of the postal area that is from a different country than your company (i.e. IT-33040 Moimacco, 1000 Ljubljana)
  • Never - if you do not want to display the prefix of the country in front of the postal area (i.e. 33040 Moimacco, 1000 Ljubljana)
Country Separator Enter the sign that you are using to separate the country from the postal area. The default sign is (-).
Postal Code  Separator   Enter the sign that you are using to separate the postal area from the consecutive number. The default sign is /.

You mark duplicates in the postal zones register as described in the above example, by using a separator. When reporting data, the program will always display the postal area without the sign of the separator (the program will cut off signs of the duplicates' separator to the end of the chain).

Logo The logo of your company will be printed in the header of issued invoices, orders, etc. First, prepare a logo of your company in the *.bmp form of the graphic. You can scan the logo or use the one in the digital form. the logo must meet the following 2,24 (width) x 1,26 (height). You can use logs of the following sizes: 224 x 126, 448 x 252, 896 x 504 pixels.The larger the logo, the better quality of the image you will have. However, we recommend not to exceed the width of 500 pixels, or the  mage will be to larger and the program will need to much time for displaying and printing.
If the logo does not meet the described size, prepare it with the program for adjusting images. If the is not in the prescribed (*.bmp) form, the printing of forms with a logo will not function. The program will also disable the access to the program parameters.
You can enter the logo through the clipboard or double-click in the field and a special window will open through which you can insert the image (for more information see Insert image).
