
Adding an Attachment

We can add an attachment to:
- each new incident report: when the report is saved (by clicking the
(floppy disc) icon ) or by clicking the Attachment button in the response window, which opens the window for selecting attachments.
- each each new reply to an incident report: if we want to add attachments to the reply, we check the "Attachments" checkbox in the Reply window, and the program will open the window for selecting attachments after you have saved the reply (by clicking the
(arrow) icon).

WARNING
We can add a maximum of three attachments to each reply or incident report.
If you want to add more attachments, you can do so by creating a new reply and attaching the attachments to it.

The window displays the internal number of the incident report to which you add attachments and three fields for selecting the attachment.
- We can add the attachment manually, by entering the full path to the file and the file name.
- We can also search for the file using the file search function. Clicking the Browse button will open the standard Windows file selection window.
