eDocumentation

eDocumentation is an electronic storage of documents and is part of PANTHEON DMS (Document Management System).

It is the central warehouse of ALL the documentation that is used and created in the company, received and exchanged with our business partners and other entities.

WARNING

All three functionalities: eDocumentation , eExchange and eWorkflows are included in all PANTHEON licenses.

Before using the eExchange and eDocumentation services for the first time, you have to activate them.

 

About eDocumentation In this chapter, we have collected basic terms and instructions related to the use of eDocumentation.
Activation of eDocumentation services

To use eDocumentation in the PANTHEON program, activation is required. Get to know:

  1. How to activate eDocumentation?
  2. How to activate Certified eDocumentation?
  3. How to activate Local eDocumentation?
eDocumentation settings

After activation of eDocumentation, settings are required for proper operation. In the chapter, each of the settings is described in detail for the proper functioning of eDocumentation. Read:

  1. Define the storage settings for your documents!
  2. Establish a Classification Scheme
  3. Set classification authorizations
  4. Specify Document Archive
  5. Set authorizations for Archive
  6. Start using the document archive
Documents

Documents can be accessed by all company departments from the menu Settings | Documentation | Documents or the Documentation panel on all forms and documents in PANTHEON.

This is possible because Documentation has been fully integrated into all forms in PANTHEON, so users can access all the information and documents they need for their work in one place (as defined in the previous paragraph).
