eDocumentation

eDocumentation enables the storage of documents in a safe cloud storage on Telekom Slovenije servers.
Therefore, the system can store documents that were originally created electronically, as well as documents created on paper and digitalised later.
To use eDocumentation, it must first be activated and required settings must be set.
This chapter describes the storage settings for eDocumentation.

HINT
We recommend a combination of eDocumentation and Certified eDocumentation. Store legally prescribed documentation in Certified eDocumentation and use the regular eDocumentation for storing commercial, marketing and technical documentation, and postal books.

CASE SUMMARY
After successfully downloading the eDocumentation Storage via Web Service into the register, no additional settings are required.
The only thing you need to check is the current link with storage and ensure that the documents will be archived correctly.

The person responsible will check the current link with storage in the settings of the Administration Panel.
In the menu, the person responsible selects Settings | Program | Administration Panel. The person responsible selects the Settings | Documentation | Storage panel.

The person responsible finds the eDocumentation storage by clicking the
icon in the search field.

After selecting, the person responsible checks the current link to the storage.
The person responsible checks the link to storage by clicking the
button (Test current connection).

If the link is successful, a window with information appears: Connection established.

The person responsible confirms the information by clicking the OK button. If the link is unsuccessful, an Error window appears.
