To be able to calculate gross salary for individual employee, use variable #Del03# in formula.

 To use variable #Del03# you have to specify it in Custom Fields panel in Employee Files. Open Custom Fieldspanel in Personnel l Employee Files l Position/Salary l Custom Fields. The structure of variable #Del03# tells you the field location, that is, third field in Custom Fields panel.

 

 

Enter custom field in Administration Panel. Open it in one of the following ways

  • by clicking Custom Field Captions in the Custom Fields panel,
  • or going to Settings l Program l Administration Panel l Settings l Program Parameters l Personnel l General

 

Enter Gross salary in field Del03 in Employee Field Captions.

 

Save it by moving to the next panel, e.g. Reports, and open it once more.

 

 

Return to Custom Fields panel in Personnel l Employee Files l Position/Salary l Custom Fields. You can see the Gross Salary field where you can enter the amount and use variable #Del03# to reference it.
