Export of Ad-Hoc analysis to Excel

Export Ad-hoc anlysis to Excel

Once you have created Ad-Hoc analysis, you can export it to Excel. There are two possible options for Excel export:

  • Click with left mouse button on Excel button  will export Excel with grouped rows (see example below).
  • Click with right mouse button on Excel button  will show you an option Export ungrouped. This option will export analysis in Excel file with ungrouped rows (see example below).

No matter which option you select, you have to first select a location, where you would like to store your analysis. 

Once you click Save, analysis will be saved to selected location and opened. Analysis is created with defined structure (selected measures and dimensions in rows and columns).
