Header

  

The Header tab of the Special Reports form allows you to define general information about the report.

You can define the persons responsible, add title and text, customize which data is displayed on the report and generate a preview.

 

Below is a description of tab’s features.

Created by

Select or enter the person who created the report.

Clerk

Select or enter the person responsible for the report.

Title

Enter the title of the report.

Show creator on report

If checked, the name of the person selected in the Created by field is displayed on the report.

Show responsible person on report

If checked, the name of the person selected in the Clerk field is displayed on the report.

Hide first page in report

If checked, the first page of the report is not displayed.

This checkbox is applicable where PANTHEON report is the first component. Such component requires an empty first page to see a report structure, but user can now hide it with this checkbox.

Show date of report print

If checked, the current date will appear on the first page of the report. If unchecked, the date is hidden.

Show page numbers

If checked, page numbers are displayed on the report.

Text

Enter text for the report.

Preview

By clicking the button, a preview of the report is generated in the Report Window.
