Item types
The Items register also contains an Item types register, which, in addition to the Classifications register, is important for categorizing items into groups. Moreover, item types are important for defining the characteristics of different types of items, e.g. services, materials, goods, products and other. Some item types are already predefined, however, you can create new item types according to your company's needs.
